The affordable apartments at The Club at Woodhaven are designed to help meet Old Bridge's "fair share" of the growing need for affordable housing in New Jersey. Rental rates listed are approximate and subject to state and federal guidelines. The Club at Woodhaven offers 24 one- two- and three- bedroom affordable apartments to income qualified applicants. Because The Club at Woodhaven is Phase 2 of the Woodhaven Commons project, the waiting list is being re-opened. A random selection was held on August 25, 2022 for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00PM, July 15th, 2022. Applicants already on the waiting list for Woodhaven Commons will be given priority. There will be a preference for applicants who live and/or work in Housing Region 3 (Hunterdon, Middlesex, and Somerset Counties). The waiting list was closed on August 21, 2022.

We will process your application and send you a confirmation within a few weeks. When an affordable home becomes available, we will contact a limited number of applicants who are on our list for the size and income category of the home that will be available.

A final application and documentation to verify identity and income will be required and processed at that time. Since final applications are only processed when a specific affordable home becomes available, we can not accommodate applicants’ choice of floor plan.

Terms and Conditions

The number of units at each pricing tier is limited, and not all properties offer units at every pricing tier. Prices and conditions are subject to change without notice. Minimum and maximum incomes will apply. To be eligible for this affordable housing program, the gross annual income of your household cannot exceed the program limits listed, above. The maximum income is based on the total number of persons who will reside in an affordable home. Maximum Incomes are adjusted annually and are subject to change without notice. The maximum rental rates and affordable housing restrictions are governed by this affordable housing program. Utilities Sewer and trash are include in the rent, while gas, electric and water are not.

All other terms and conditions of the lease are set forth by the landlord and their agents. The Club at Woodhaven is a development of The Club at Woodhaven, LLC, which is not affiliated with Piazza & Associates, Inc. or Old Bridge, except as specifically set forth in state regulations and local ordinance.

Occupancy is determined pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:80-26.4. Larger households may be considered under certain circumstances,
contingent upon the landlord’s occupancy standards (for rentals), as well as state and local regulations.

These plans have been provided by the developer who is solely responsible for their accuracy. Floor plans are NOT meant to represent the actual dimensions or square footage of the unit, but rather provide applicants with an idea of its layout. Actual units may be the reverse of what is portrayed, and may vary in their detail and dimensions. The choice of floor plans is limited by income category and priority number.
