Welcome to Madison Park, located in Hazlet Township, Monmouth County, New Jersey. These apartments are designed to meet the township's “fair share” of the growing need for affordable housing in New Jersey. This development offers 6, one, two, and three- bedroom apartments. These apartments are available to qualified applicants whose combined household income meets the criteria for affordable housing. Pursuant to state and local law, there will be a preference for applicant households that live and/or work in the region of Mercer, Monmouth and Ocean counties. Because this is a new property, a random selection was held on December 17, 2020 for all preliminary applications received on or before October 22nd, 2020. Subsequent to the deadline, applicants are processed on a "first-come, first served" basis.

A final application and documentation to verify identity and income will be required and processed at that time. Since final applications are only processed when a specific affordable home becomes available, we can not accommodate applicants’ choice of floor plan.

Terms and Conditions

The number of units at each pricing tier is limited, and not all properties offer units at every pricing tier. Prices and conditions are subject to change without notice. Minimum and maximum incomes will apply. To be eligible for this affordable housing program, the gross annual income of your household cannot exceed the program limits listed, above. The maximum income is based on the total number of persons who will reside in an affordable home. Maximum Incomes are adjusted annually and are subject to change without notice. The maximum rental rates and affordable housing restrictions are governed by this affordable housing program.

Utilities

Gas, electric and water are not included.

All other terms and conditions of the lease are set forth by the landlord and their agents. Madison Park at Hazlet is a development of Ronique Homes, which is not affiliated with Piazza & Associates, Inc. or Hazlet, except as specifically set forth in state regulations and local ordinance.
